Click & Drag of Control Area creation moves to the opposite direction

Hi,

This behaviour seems to be a bug when creating control areas in a model. Apparently when creating the control area by clicking in the toolbox and then clicking and moving the cursor only works when going right/downwards (visually) but when one releases the button, is correctly placed.

I have added the issue to the development issue tracker. This does seem like a bug to me.
