Hello.
I used to have an old Healthcare version of FlexSim (5.3). We recently aquired the latest enterprise version (25.1). We installed the latest version of the software and I activated the Enterprise version. . However, it seems like my new software install is stuck on the old versoin? I do not see the right Dragable Library objects (e.g., fixed source, queue, processor, sink). All I see is healthcare related objects (e.g., Staff, Equipment, Waiting Line).
How do I fix this?

While your license may be future-proofed to 25.1, the latest version of the software released is 24.2.
To find out what version of FlexSim you're using, open FlexSim and go to Help > About FlexSim.
If you are opening version 24.2 of FlexSim, but still seeing a healthcare interface, you just need to change environments. To do so, pick this button in the top-right of the FlexSim interface:
You can then choose "Exit Environment" to toggle back to the default general purpose environment.
You can also change the default environment that is loaded when FlexSim starts. To do so, go to File > Global Preferences > Environment tab, then make a new selection at the Default Environment widget:
Click OK, then close FlexSim to save the change. Reopen FlexSim and it should open in your chosen default environment.
