About Flexsim HC, I would like to calculate the usage rate of waiting room. In reality, families and friends always accompany with patients though they do not need to go through process of seeing doctors. However they will occupy waiting room. Please let me know how to realize above situation. Thank you!
You'll want to create companions. In the triggers for the Activity Start or Activity Finish you'll find a pickoption for creating companions. Companions are automatically tied to the original patient and can have their own tracks and activities. They can be referenced from the patient using the getcompanion() command.
You'll also find a pickoption for starting activities on companions which can be used to direct the patient's companions.
