On the "Custom" tab of the Excel Import/Export Interface you can choose a pick list option for the custom export called "Example Custom Export". The code in that example will show you how to open an Excel file, set the sheet, save, and close the file. It also lists the commands that you will want to use to write to the file. From there all you need to do is get the data from your model runs. I would place this code in either the "End of Replication" or "End of Experiment" trigger of the experimenter.
