The model attached is working fine for around 11 mins, then it is not releasing patient even though all ports are open. Please help
The Patient Destination field of the patients in the Waiting Area isn't being reevaluated when a patient leaves the upstream waiting rooms due to the way you're opening and closing ports.
Instead of using the Based on Destination Status pickoption for the Patient Destination field in Activities 20 and 30 just set it to the area. Change the Patient Destination of activity 20 to WaitingRoomArea and Activity 30 to WaitingLineArea. Those options don't need to be reevaluated and will do the same thing as the First Available option of the Based on Destination Status pickoption.
