Is there any way to build a model such that i have to maintain a stock in warehouse based on the demand from distribution centers (note: 1 Warehouse supply product to 5 Distribution Centers) and also How can i came to know what is the optimum inventory should be maintain in warehouse in order to satisfy the DC demand.

What is your aim? - least costs, least amount, least time to resupply, least risk of shortage, express demand in contrast to standard release out of the warehouse, breakdown of one or more ASRS-vehicles, availability of 99,5%, shortest delivery time after iniating a demand, ...

Have you tried using the Optimizer already? If you haven't tried the optimizer yet, here is a good tutorial example on how to set one up:

The optimizer requires a seperate purchasable licesne to use.
