Save Imagen in Dashboard

In my model I have a dashboard with a picture of the brand, or company..

If I share this model this picture get lost.

Does anybody know how to keep the picture in order to share my model with al its properties?

How are you attaching your image file to your Dashboard?

It seems to be working fine to me.

Drag in a Static Text object into the dashboard, and then specify its Image in Quick Properties.

FlexSim will then embed that image media into the packedmedia attribute in the model so that when you save the model and load it on a different computer, the image is still available.

Ensure "Embed media with model" is checked in Edit > Model Settings:

Thanks! The problem was that the network was disconnect so FlexSim wasn't working.
