VR MODE

@phil.bobo Hi Phil!

I already get the Oculus Rift and a brand new laptop with Nvide 1060 so that should be enough to use VR.

I have my model with at this point few objects 2 processors and 1 operator and my 3d object "big factory"

my question its regarding the FPS because I have below 30, as I remember you told me that I should have at least 60 or beyond.

Do you have any clue regarding this topic?

Second question, with the Xbox control, its any way to walk faster?

Thanks!!

Oscar,

this is, where you find the code for implementing the XBox controller:

VIEW:/standardviews/documentwindows/Perspective>eventfunctions/XboxInput

Code lines 30 and 31 include the linear speed and rotation speed settings.

On the slow frame rates: I have a 1060 notebook myself and face teh same problem only when:

- The model includes Fluid Objects from the standard library or

- Conveyors are drawn in render mode

No problems otherwise...
