The dashboards do not display properly in Internet Explorer (IE Version: 11.0.9600.18537) after Export to html, while working fine in Chrome and Firefox. Is that something easy to fix?

I believe Sam's comment is correct. If you receive a prompt you can select to allow blocked content. Depending on your settings you may or may not receive the prompt.
If you want to permanently allow it to run you can do the following:
- From Internet Explorer, select the Tools menu, then Internet Options.
- In the Internet Options dialog, select the Advance tab.
- Scroll down to the Security options. Enable the checkbox Allow active content to run in files on My Computer.
- Restart Internet Explorer
