Cost Estimate for Object creation

We are considering having Flexsim create several .3ds custom objects for us. Most of them would be new to us and would have to be done from scratch using photos that we provide. Two of them are already created as .wrl files but they don't play nicely with the 2016 version. Two questions: what is the cost estimate for Flexsim to create custom objects of equipment from scratch and what is cost if a .wrl file is provided (not sure that is an advantage).
