How to get the patients to enter the model?

A colleague of mine was building this model and it was running. Then he began to have the variability about arrival time related to the PCI and ran into a problem that I can't solve. I put in a very simple statistical distribution for variability about arrival time but the model still will not bring patients into the process.

The error message I get is:

You have a mismatch between the definition and value of the Variability label in the appointments table. In the PCI table the label is defined as a code label, but in the appointments table the nodes are just plain string nodes, not code. You can fix this by opening the appointments table, clicking the Variability column header and re-selecting Variability from the list.

Unless I'm mistaken, you also have your model beginning at 1:06:30 and ending at 1:07:59. That's slightly earlier than your first patient is scheduled to arrive.
