Can I fill multiple hoppers by priority of percentage full?

I have a total of ten hoppers, each feeding a single fluid processor. These hoppers are fed from a single closed loop conveyor that delivers the fluid like product in bucket (single item) quantities at a consistent rate. Although the product is the same for each packaging line, the packaging/processing output rates are different (due to the size of the package). I need supply each hopper with enough product to keep it from running out & and stopping the processor. Is there a way that I can set a priority of which hoppers should be getting filled, based on how full the tank currently is/isn't & how quickly it processes its product? Or is there a better way to do this? Increasing the rate at which the conveyor delivers product is not an option.

Hi @jordan.seidl,

I just ran your model for some time and observed that other than the 4 left side processors all the other processors are getting fed by the fluid which comes in via conveyor. So the question here is do we really need the left side 4 processors given that the incoming flow rate of products is not going to change.

Suppose if you are designing this system and finding via simulation the left 4 processors are not utilized, why spending money on it. You can remove the left 4 processors and tanks and keep the remaining then you can always keep the other processors occupied.

I may be totally wrong, it's just a thought from my side.
