Timetable Date Based GUI - Can it be used elsewhere for custom actions?

Are there any examples of the Date Based timetable being used to control other actions in the model.

I haven't seen any examples myself, but in theory you should be able to do this with the Event Triggered Source in Process Flow. If you set up the Time Table with all the up and down events, you can use the Event Triggered Source to 'listen' for those events to give you a Token, you can then use that Token to execute whatever logic you want.

As Regan pointed out, you can use the Process Flow Event-Triggered Source and Wait For Event to listen for the time table up and down events. We don't have any examples of doing this, but it's easy to set up. You can either use the activity's sampler and sample the Time Table from the Toolbox or open the Time Table properties window and sample the trigger directly.

Thanks, that should get me started. Might follow up with a longer question in August
