The error in file path name of Video Recorder

I found the error of file path name setting.

If the folder name of file path has two byte character code, the video recorder run and soon stop after starting.

If the file path has not two byte code and only has English name, Running and saving the recording contents is good.

I want to this should be fixed in next release.
