Task Sequence 1

You Just have your centerport connections reversed from what they should be. Make sure the BasicFR is on port 2 and the Operator is on Port 1. You can change the order on the ports by going to the Queue's 'General' tab of properties and using the re-ranking buttons in the 'Ports' section, as shown here:
