acomodo-rack.png I want the boxes to fit in each level of the rack like a queue, to take advantage of the space they have in the rack and leave no spaces. I attach an image of what I am looking for.

That option isn't part of a racks functionality. Racks don't stack vertically within the bay, let alone fill an available area. You can fake it to look like it's able to stack side by side if you increase the rack's column spacing.
Pallets, however, will do what you are looking for. You could load an invisible pallet into each of the bays and unload the item to the pallet instead of the rack? I'll see if I can make a little example...not sure how it will work though.
Very well, if you can create the model to understand a little more your idea. They tried to help me a long time ago with that but they gave me a code which accommodated the units when entering the rack diagonally, I just can not find it to be able to attach it and see how it works.
Could you also send us your model or a sample of how the model should work? It's a lot easier to "see" the model before suggesting a solution. But to answer your question, yes, you can do it but it will take a little coding to do it.
Thanks.
duda-rack-acomodo.fsm Attach a small model, where I try to simulate a storage where four operators randomly arrange the units as shown in the attached file.
duda-rack-acomodo.fsm This model has a code that I was provided for the accommodation but did not define how many levels is required, it only accommodates depending on the capacity. I'm looking for the name in advertising.
@Omar Aguilera Rico This actually turned out pretty awesome I think! I started out placing a pallet in each bay but the problem with a pallet, is that when you take an item out of them they don't reorganize the space. I was getting floating boxes. I tried something different, I load a queue into each rack bay as if it were a flowitem. You could hide the 3D shapes of each queue if you'd like. I left them showing so that you could see what I did. I used process flow to make this attached model. Hope this help give you some guidance. I didn't have to write any crazy code.
