I think the easiest way to measure what you're looking for is to set up scenarios and replications in the experimenter. I would decide which variables in your model change seasonally, and set up a number of scenarios in the experimenter (either 1 for each month, or 1 for each season.) That will give you access to the data for those seasonal conditions.
