standard statistics

I'm pinning all my operators to track the standard statistics, what I realized is that while the operators are batching or processing the state charts show the processing time as idle. How can I fix this?

Maybe you can add a model through this question?

The model is too large, too slow on my computer, too complex to get a fast grip on it, to answer easily your question. And the Version seems to be a newer one than the current product release, something like 17.2 Beta.

I believe @Jörg Vogel is on the right track. Process Flow can create task sequences for operators, but putting them in the correct state while they wait is up to the user.

Have you inserted utilize tasks for the times the operator works or batches? If you use delay tasks instead for the operators you can set the state while the operator is waiting.

You should use the Delay Task activity. Then you can specify a delay time and a state:
