why m getting same output after varying maximum output rate of fluid processor??

output rate/ hour remains same everytime after changing fluid processor output rate...why so..??
Your fluid generator and terminator both have a maximum flow rate of 1, see for example the properties of the generator:
If you set the object and port rate for both objects to a large value (larger than any rate you want to have on the processor) you will see the desired results.
Note that the FlexSim fluid library uses time slicing which has several issues with performance and accuracy. You may want to consider looking into the FloWorks module if you intend to create large(ish) bulk/fluid models.
