I have data for a month's worth of nurse calls and their response times. I'd like to get an output of the response time for the nurse to get to a call and see if it is linked to the distance/placement of where the room is. I would assume that the rooms that are further from the nurse station would have a lower response time because of the distance. I tried to model it similar to the training using global process where the nurse answers the phone, in this case she just goes to a room, but the output I get are in transit and waiting. How can I link those times to the room that they are going to?
