I have deleted the license XML from your post. Including your license codes (which are in the XML file) in a public post exposes them to anyone on the Internet, meaning anyone who has seen the codes could now activate your license, stealing it from you.
In the future please be sure to post your confidential license information to a Private question. When you ask a question, there is a checkbox you should mark to make the post private.
I will process your XML request and reply back via email.

If your license server is connected to the Internet, you can return your license by following the instructions on pages 3-4 of this document:
