How can I get the nurse/CNA to do the custom patient rounds activity on Idle? If the nurse/CNA isn't doing anything, I just want them to go around and check on their patients. I've attached the example.
You could try using the "Resource availability" option in the Activity Start Condition field of the Custom activity that kicks off the patient rounds. You will want to put a recheck time of 5 or 10 minutes on the option to reevaluate the availability of the nurse/CNA for those times when noone was available when the activity was first called.
