Conveyor getting stuck

I just started a new model with conveyor. There are two pieces of roller conveyor (non-accumulating) to mimic the machines and the rest is manual roller ball conveyor (accumulating). Because this is the early stage of this project and model there is not much detail yet - so I'm allowing the pieces to "move themselves".

I'm finding after I run for a while one of my pieces gets stuck and does not transfer from a piece of roller ball conv onto the roller conv. I put in a stop point just a little before at 1534. Can someone help me figure out why this is getting stuck here?

Anyone have a chance to look at this yet?

Did Patrick's Zweekhorst's solution work for you? Sometimes I've found that the conveyor needs a little adjustment. Certain angles or short segments sometimes get stuck, because of how the item is recording which point along the conveyor it is on. So as Patrick suggested, sometimes, just adding a little length, or "wiggling" a decision point can fix it. But are you still having issues with it?

Yes this worked. I wanted to report this as a bug...but I'm not sure if I successfully changed my question into a bug report.

Hi @A Kamphaus ,

I'm not sure what is happening and why, but if you make the conveyor on which the item gets stuck a little bit longer it seems to work. You can see this in the attached model. Maybe someone else can explain a bit why you saw the behaviour.
