Loss of texture when loading from sketchup to Flexsim 2017

When exporting my sketchup drawing to Flexsim, certain textures are not loaded. I have saved the drawing in 2014 and 2015 sketchup version, I have also made the drawing a single component, but the problem persists. I hope you can help me with this topic. I attach drawing.

Up to 12 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 23.8 MiB each and 47.7 MiB total.
