Textures on skp file not showing

Hi I have downloaded a file from the sketchup 3D warehouse. It is a loaded pallet with a texture. I have downloaded the older versions. I have even loaded it into sketchup and saved it under an older version (tried V8 and 2014) but in Flexsim the textures are not showing up. Can Flexsim not show the textures or do I have to do something special in Sketchup?

Uploading doesn't work for one reason or the other, so I added the link: Sketchup file

One of the textures is coming in correctly and the other is not. The problem is how the model is structured in Sketchup.

Sketchup allows you to assign textures on a per-face basis. FlexSim only allows you to assign textures on a per-mesh basis.

The pallet is a single component in this shape that has been grouped with the individual faces at the top. To fix this issue in Sketchup, you can explode the group and then select the faces that aren't part of the pallet and execute Make Component. Then when you export it as Skp 2014 or earlier, it will come into FlexSim correctly.

The textures also come into FlexSim correctly with the collada format, but it appears a bit darker because it has an ambient color that is different than the diffuse color:

I'll add a note to the dev list to see if we can update the Skp importer to be more flexible and handle this configuration better.
