operators above floor level

I have attached operators to stations to an overhead conveyor when the simulation is not running they are at floor level, as soon as the simulation starts running, the operators are elevated to the same height of the over head conveyor, how do I keep them at floor level?

Put your Operators on a network using connected Network Nodes. If you have problems doing that, please send us your model or a sample model and we can help you with that. There is also good information in the User Manual about how to use Network Nodes. You can find that under Reference>3D Object>Travel Networks>Network Node.
