Why Processor with flowitem as Transportor shows WaitingForTransporter state?

model-postoffice.fsmI have a model that moves flowitems as Taskexecutor to a Processor. The chart of the Processor shows state of "WaitingForTransporter" upon receiving the second flowitem in 18.1.0 which is unexpected as the Processor does not require any transport. Is this a bug in 18.1.0?

The same model runs in 18.0.1 does not show "WaitingForTransporter" state at all.

Model attached is created in 18.0.1.

This is a bug introduced in 18.1.0 with the transportoutcomplete() command. We will fix this for 18.1.1. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
