How can i set item type based on global table?

Hi everybody,

I'm very new on FlexSim and I'm facing difficulties in assigning itemtypes from a global table. My problem is that I have 5 different Itemtypes in global table and i would like them to be of 5 different colours and to be processed in 5 different processors according to the itemtype from the table.

I'm attaching an example model below

Hello @Filippo A,

In general, your model is not bad. The problem is in the first source.

I attach the model with the solution.

The problem is that you use "ItemType" and not "Type", so you use a label: item.ItemType instead of item.Type (the correct way for the next activities).

The way to assign the color was not the correct either, the solution is in the model too.
