Take down random processor in one MTBF MTTR group

I have a group of processors sharing one MTBF MTTR random stream. Each time a failure happens one random processor in the group is taken down. How do I get this function in the model?

It's more like defining the overall downtime for the group of processors would be 10%, but each member in the group is taken down randomly.

@Mustafa L, can you upload your model or at least the processors and the MTBF MTTR?

you can change the statistical parameters of mtbf and mttr such that you get the over all 10 percent.
