List Expression Field that references another Field in that same list?

Can I create a dynamic List Expression Field that references another Field in that same list? For example, I have a list of orders and I want to give each entry on the list a dynamic score depending on the other Expression Fields and the current time.

Example Model:

There is no way to directly reference another expression field. One option that works around this is copy all the code from the expression you wish to reference, and build off of it in another expression field.
