How do I deactivate license from a different computer?

My original computer which has Flexsim with my license activated has crashed and wont function. I am working on a different computer now and I need to deactivate the license from the broken computer and activate it in the new one.

Please advise

For anyone looking to restore a lost license, if you are a US-based customer, you can use this community to ask a private question regarding your license.

For all others, please contact your local FlexSim distributor.

I can force return your license and make it accessible if your old computer is out of commission. Please post a private question (or send me an email) with the license code and I can go ahead and force return it.
