Unable to Edit Editable Text unless launched as Admin

We recently put down 18.2.2 and unless we run the software as admin we are unable to see or modify editable text such as the statistical distribution for a sources Inter Arrival time. If you look at the inter-arrival time's properties it state that the sample data could not be generated.
