Hi
I have two trucks unloading box on rack. Even I setup grid using A star they still seems to collide with each other due to offset travel. How to avoid collision when loading racks with process flow
Attached is example model

You can avoid collision with each other by increasing the Node Spacing. This allows more space between nodes the A* creates to build its pathing, so the Transports don't come as close to each other.
@Joshua S So spacing between vehicles/operators etc. using A Star is defined solely by node spacing, not by the physical size of the transport (or flow item?)
@Joshua S Making the grid spacing larger works for the queuing, except that it makes the location less accurate. Even if I use a Travel to Location activity, the TE will often stop one or more nodes away, which in this case is in the middle of a travel aisle. Is there a way to force the TE to an exact grid location?
