Additional objects for throughput template

Hi,

When you want to measure the throughput of an operator or a decision point on a conveyor you are not able to use the template. This because these object do not have an onEntry/ onExit event, but Onload OnArrival, ect. You can change the wait for event in the template, but it would be nice if these (at least taskexecuters) are covered with the template.
