I have 5 PCIs using the same Track. I want to reserve the location of only one of the PCIs. I want the rest of the locations to be released. Is there a way to do that?

Is there a way to reserve the location of 1 PCI on a Track?

Use the "Reserve/Unreserve > reserve a location" pick list option in the Activity Started Trigger of the activity that will be moving the patient to a new location. You would want to have the "Reserve Current Location" box unchecked for the activity, and then use a condition in the pick list option to only reserve the location for a specific PCI. If PCI 1 is the only PCI you want to reserve the location, then this is what you would write in the pick list option.
Oh, by the way Karen, I notice you are using a old version of the software (5.1.0) when there is a newer version available to you (5.3.6) There have been many new features and several bugs fixed since your version was released. I checked, and you are using the "virginia.edu10" license. This license has a current maintenance agreement with us allowing it to be updated to the latest version of the software, so I suggest you do so. You should be able to do this with the help of Terry Reeder. Let us know if you have any questions.
