como crear una simulación en despacho de productos

Hola

Quisiera saber como simular del proceso de despacho de una empresa, desde la busqueda del producto hasta la carga en el camión. porfavor necesito ayuda, se agradeceria.

¿Puede darnos información más específica sobre cómo debería funcionar el modelo? Aún mejor, ¿puede enviarnos su modelo o un modelo de muestra del problema específico que está teniendo?

Estimado, le envió en archivo adjunto el modelo. Es un modelo piloto realizado en la versión de prueba de flexsim versión 7.4.5. Mi problema es que instrucciones seguir para que el montacarga busque un producto especifico en varios rack y pueda transportarlo a un queule. Se que tiene que ser con una tabla global, pero no se como configurarlo. He buscado varios tutoriales, pero no he podido hacerlo. Se agradecería la ayuda.

Look into the Input options, I uploaded your model with some changes where the Queue pulls items of type 4,5,6, and the rack pulls items of type 1,2,3, see if you can add to this to solve your problem.

Estimado, gracias por la ayuda. Pero lo que necesito aplicar es la búsqueda de un producto por color en cualquier rack y que sea depositado en queue, dado una orden de despacho (ejemplo tipo 1 producto color amarillo ubicado en rack n°9 se necesita 3 cantidad, luego el montacarga se va al queue, y sigue buscando). Eso es lo que no puedo configurarlo, he buscado tutoriales, pero no puedo hacerlo. Si fuera tan amable de ayudarme.

Look at the processflow tutorials, with a main focus on how to use lists. Lists are extremely powerful, and you can push items onto a list, say when it enters a rack, then you can request a certain amount of those items based on a query.
