Once the RN acquires the pt. this red box comes up in the waiting room. After this, the next patient will not continue through the flow, but gets stuck at the registration desk. Registration personnel shows status says "Waiting for task" and second patient waiting at the reg. desk shows "Receiving Indirect Care." All predecessors and successors are appropriate and the first patient continues through the model as they should.
You have the Reserve Current Location checkbox checked on activity 40. This means that when the patient leaves his current location (the waiting room) to go to an exam bed he reserves the waiting room. This makes the waiting room unavailable for any other patients to go to.
Usually this checkbox is used for scenarios further into the model. For example, if the patient is in an exam bed and a nurse comes to take them down the hall for an xray / weighing and then brings them right back to the same bed you'd check that box so that no other patient takes the bed during the short absence.
