How to customize and override the Robot's animation of Motion Paths

I want to customize the Robot's animation to pick up a item> pick down it on itself body > moving > unloading it to the destination. The moving visual is like followed;

How can I do it? PF is OK or flexscript is also OK.

I attach the example file. robot-transmove-v19.fsm I need a help for it.

Can we make the robot arm gripper not to hold the flowitem during moving like picture?
