We recently force returned a license, and downloaded the 4.3.2 version since our license is for 4.3. We've tried both installers, and when trying to open FlexSim, it never responds. Any information would greatly appreciated.
It sounds like you might have downloaded FlexSim 4.3.2 (Release Date: 2008-03-12).
Your license is for FlexSim Healthcare 4.3. The latest FlexSim Healthcare 4.3 is FlexSim Healthcare 4.3.10 (Release Date: 2014-06-10).
