FlexSim not responding

We recently force returned a license, and downloaded the 4.3.2 version since our license is for 4.3. We've tried both installers, and when trying to open FlexSim, it never responds. Any information would greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you might have downloaded FlexSim 4.3.2 (Release Date: 2008-03-12).

Your license is for FlexSim Healthcare 4.3. The latest FlexSim Healthcare 4.3 is FlexSim Healthcare 4.3.10 (Release Date: 2014-06-10).

Please check out our article for installation and startup issues. There you'll find 11 different suggestions for getting FlexSim to install or start properly.

After trying these, let us know what worked in solving your problem. Or report back the things you tried that didn't work and we can start from there.
