I am not sure what you are referring to by "new machines".
Are you talking about machines that look different in the 3D model? If so, the best way to do this is to find the existing Fixed Resource that matches your task best, and then just change the shape in the general tab to another shape, although this won't impact any valuable information you could get from your model.

@Adish Jain, I am not sure what mining process do you want to build. There exists already an application called HAULSIM by RPMGlobal. Currently I can’t connect to their homepage. You find for example an article about some of the features at FlexSim here.
Then a great place to start would be the tutorials, here: Process Flow Tutorials
We aren't here to build your model, there are consulting services that can build one for you. We are here to answer specific questions and problems that you are running into while building a model. Basic features can be learned in the tutorials.
