process flow combiner with 2 ports one robot Combiner

Hello,

I would like to duplicate this working process flow (link below). have two dosing systems source 1 and source two.

Can someone tell me how can I make it work so operator will do first source 1 and than source 2.

Robot puts 1 item from source one and 6 items from source two. combiner1.fsm

Hey @Zan K

I am a little confused about exactly what you are asking. Do you want the operator to move the boxes from source 1 and 2 to their respective queues?

I created this model that does that, and I wasn't sure about your batching for Source2, so the Operator moves them when there are 6 available, and every time after that there are 6 available he moves them.

I made the Robot load just in the 3D. I also want to point out that the Queues can perform batching so they only move when they reach a certain amount, which is a much simpler way to do this. I will attach 2 models. One with the Process Flow, and one done in 3D.
