hello . . I have a problem about the correct process flow configuration of an AS/RS system.

at the time of recovering a box from the shelves only once and then goes into a state of inactivity even though there are still tasks to be done your interventions would be of great help . . . Thank you.

I have updated your process flow to pick items off of the shelf. I used a wait for event that looked for OnEndDwellTime. The dwell time can be updated within the rack options. I am not sure of when you want the items pulled off of the shelf but this is one way it can be done. If you describe more to me about when you want items pulled, I may be able to help.
