tengo un problema en el rack

fleximfinalronald.fsm

ood morning I need help on my flexsim model. I want shelf 1 to be filled before the boxes pass to process 2. I don't know how to build the logic in process flow or in model 3d.

@María Claudia NEZ,

What rack are you referring to? You have 6 of them in the model. Also, what is process 2? You have multiple processors. Not sure what process you are referring to.

Thanks.

the first rack and process 2 is the second processor called a labeller.

@María Claudia NEZ,

I still don't understand what is the first rack or process 2. Can you give me the names of the objects in the model?

There isn't a rack called "first rack" and I don't see an object called "labeller" either. So I don't know what you are referring to.

Thanks.

Is this what you are looking for? rackanswer.fsm

I rearranged some of the "Acquire" and "Release" activities in Process 1 and added a "Wait for Event" so that each item has to wait for the rack to be full before leaving:

In the "Wait for Event", I set it to wait for the rack to have 20 items in it - what you had the maximum content of the rack set to.

Now the rack will fill to 20 items, will unload one item, and then every time an item is added to the rack it will unload another item.
