How to create operators to follow/work along an agv?

flexsimquestions-000.fsm

Hello, is there a way to create 5 or more operators

to follow and process/work alongside an agv platform?

One of the operators has to be on the agv platform

working/processing and later have to get down and

get up on another agv platform, and so on.

Is there a simple way to do this, even with process flow?

There will be more operators and platforms along the pathway.

Thank you in advance

Hello @Pedro M2,

I can not open your model to check your problem and try to help you based on your model. Could you upload it again or confirm what version of FlexSim are you using?

Just to clarify (probably with the model I can understand it better): there is an AGV with 5 operators during a complete cycle.

These 5 operators, travel next to the AGV and when they arrive at a workstation, one of the operators has to be on the AGV, stay there during the process time and then get off and walk again with their colleagues next to the AGV to the next workstation. I'm right?

Hello

@José Antonio MD,

the version of FlexSim I'm using is 19.1.0, I've checked
on the help section of FlexSim (2019 update 1). I send you a new version of the
file there was some kind of error I couldn't open the file either.

flexsimquestions-004.fsm

(I hope you can open the file, I've tested it and it opens now with no problem)

It's like a assembly line car. A group of operators work outside of the car and need to walk with the same speed as the car assembly line, but some operators need to get inside the car and do some operation inside it.

After their work is done on the mentioned car, they leave this car and walk to the next one behind it. (the cars are moving with the assembly line)

thank you in advance

Hello @Pedro M2,

sol-foro-pedrom2-b.fsm

I attached a model as an example. I have used PF.

Basically, the idea is to create a parallel network for operators where they travel at the same time as the AGV.

I hope I've been helpful.
