Travel Orientation and appearance for Task Executer Flow Item Vehicle

I'm trying to create a custom vehicle as a flow item task executer and have a few questions / problems.

1. The orientation of the vehicle while moving is not working. No matter how I set the rotation in the general tab, it still travels sideways. (Just as I was about to post this, I think I finally figured it out by editing the shape factors of the 3D shape. - Is this the correct way to do it? Does the rotation in the general tab not control this? - )

2. As the item moves, the height is offset off the ground. I can't find a place where this might be coming from. When it arrives at the rack (parking), it sits properly back on the ground. If I edit the shape factors as mentioned in item 1 above, it will appear correct while driving, but will be too low in the rack. EDIT( I found out this is controlled by the visual ITEM PLACEMENT property of the que producing the item. changing it to DO NOTHING fixed it)

3. For general appearance, the only way to get the model to appear correctly is to add a shape frame. If I use the base frame and load the same model, it appears as a wireframe with most surfaces missing. But if applied as a Shape Frame, it appears normally.ambulance-test.fsmmodel-with-added-shape-frame.pngmodel-with-base-frame.png

1) Yes, the shape factors is the way to do this. The rotation doesn't control this, it's just the amount the object has been rotated and that rotation changes as the objects moves around the model.

3) The person flowitem has a number of mesh override nodes added to it to enable you to turn on and off pieces of clothing. However, after you change the shape to an ambulance the object still has the mesh override nodes and they're messing up the shape. We just need to clear them out and then you won't need an additional frame. You can clear them out by clicking the Customize Shape button on the General tab and then clicking the Reset button.

Here's your model where I did that for you:
