License activation crashes after upgrade to 19.2.1

flexsimupdatecrash.jpg I have been unable to upgrade to 19.2.1 (from 19.1.2) It appeared to install fine, and I rebooted my computer, but I get the Windows "... stopped working" window when I try to upgrade the license.

Thanks! I had searched on 19 *point* 2, but didn't think to try 19 *comma* 2 the way the rest of the world writes numbers!
