Task Error: An invalid task has been encountered

Hello,

I get an error (in the attached figure) when I run my model (attached below). I really don't know how to deal with this. Please help !

The unload task hasn’t got a reference for an item to unload.

Thank you @Jörg Vogel for your reply.

But I think that the unload task has the item reference in the custom code (1) as mentioned in the figure below. If this is not correct, would you please explain the problem in more details? thank you again.

Hello @sara S2, if I run your model and let it execute step by step near the runtime of the error, I get the labels of the token in the sublow as you can see it in the picture file. Unfortunately there isn't a reference like you posted before. There is only a reference to the tote in the rack at the token. While I step through the activities of this token, I noticed that the token doesn't let execute the loading subflow process. Perhaps you build a process flow with a simpler model to test the basic functionality, before you insert the results into the working model.
