Script console not available

Dear all,

I am not able to access my script console, even after repeatedly selecting the option in the "debug" drop down menu. I need the access the console to run some SQL queries. Can someone please tell me what could be the possible issue?

The model is as attached -

@Akshay P When opening your model I had the same problem. But a simple solution is to click: View -> Default workspace, which resets your windows and after that it was back
