Rack trigger drop downs not showing

Hi,

For the new rack object, some trigger options don't have any option when you press the green plus button. The triggers that don't have any options are: On Slot Assign, On Slot Entry and the On Slot Exit. Not sure which triggers you want here, but at least some default options as assign labels would be nice,
