Currently both the staff and transport resource will reference anyone that is placed in the Staff and Transports Groups. Meaning you could have 2 staff members in the group and the Staff Resource in process flow will associate with both of them, same with transport.

You can as well add another staff resource that is connected to a specific staff member and use just that member.

After having two staff (staff 1 and staff 2) for the current activity, how could I acquire the both at the same time ?

You could have 2 Acquire Staff process flow blocks.

Another option is to use the normal Acquire Resource and Resource blocks on process flow. Those let you choose the number you want to acquire.
